Move to Quarterly Billing
Monthly subscriptions are changing to quarterly
In an effort to make our operations more efficient, we will be moving firms on monthly subscription plans to quarterly subscription plans. We will still offer our annual subscription plans as well that come with a discount. This process will take place over the next three months and there will be no change to the “monthly” rate. Reducing the number of invoices we send and process by two-thirds will help us in a number of ways and allow us to serve you better. We appreciate your support with this change; however, if you have any concerns about paying quarterly, don’t hesitate to call our support team and discuss the matter.
New Credit Report Provider: MFI
It's good to have options
Our desktop users have had the ability to order integrated credit reports from MFI since 2012. Now – Jubilee users can as well! MFI offers firms the ability to directly order 3-Bureau credit reports on behalf of their clients without going through any KBA questions, which can sometimes create delays. Ordering a credit report through MFI not only gets you the physical reports but also the data imported into Jubilee to eliminate data entry hassles and errors. To achieve the direct order (non-KBA) capability, firms are required by the credit bureaus to get a one-time inspection. This requirement is the same for our other providers for direct ordering as well. MFI offers very competitive pricing and has a long track record with us for providing a solid product.
