| Special Offer for the Jubilee Users!
In September, LawPay announced our latest integration with LegalPRO Systems’ JubileePRO bankruptcy platform. The Jubilee-LawPay online payment integration enhances agility, productivity, and cash flow for your firm. Jubilee customers can streamline the acceptance of payments, benefit from the highest levels of PCI compliance in the industry, and experience seamless accounting and reconciliation through the LawPay integration.
LawPay was developed specifically for the legal industry. Our proprietary technology prevents commingling of earned and unearned funds and protects your trust account against any third-party debiting—ensuring compliance with ABA and IOLTA guidelines.
Together, LawPay and Jubilee provide lawyers with a simple way to stay organized with streamlined case management and increase profitability with simple and secure online payments.
| New Jubilee Pricing
Based upon feedback, trends, and the legal software landscape we have an all-new pricing structure we implemented on November 1st. We now feature four subscription options: two based on the number of filings and two based on unlimited filings. With these four options we cover all sizes and types of firms with the industries lowest prices. Being the least expensive software is not our goal - our goal is to be the best; it just happens that in this case, you can have your cake and eat it too!
Our 24-case filing option has been expanded to 36 cases, which covers over 70% of firms based on pre-covid filings. Our 51-case filing option has been increased to 300 cases, which covers almost everyone else! For the few dozen mega-filers out there, we now have an unlimited filing plan and also a Chapter 7 only unlimited plan (around 30% of firms only file 7’s).
- Our Jubilee 24-case users will be automatically moved to the Jubilee 36-case plan.
- Our Jubilee 51-case users will be transitioned to our Jubilee 300-case plan.
- Firms on our larger filing plans (200, 1000) may choose to keep their current rate plans or move to any one of our new plans.
| Multi-2FA
I’ve written previously about the safety factor - in our hacker riddled world - of using our Two-Factor-Authorization options. Many of you have wisely done so and now I want to add another twist. We currently offer two ways to receive your verification code: by text or by email. What I would like everyone to do is to set up both options. The reason is in case one of those options doesn’t work.
In the past with desktop applications, once you installed a program it either worked or it didn’t (at least unit the next Windows update anyway). With cloud apps, however, we make use of a variety of services which we don’t control such as email servers and text messaging services. If one of these services we use to send you MFA codes goes down then you could be stuck – unless you have the other option also set up to use as a backup.
This is nothing unique to Jubilee and all the services we use have been very reliable, but on occasion they do have blips and it’s almost guaranteed to blip when you need in quickly. It could also be your phone or email that is having a bad day… So please set up both methods and the likelihood of getting locked out will be next to zero.
| Jubilee Notices Mail Rules
By popular demand, we have implemented mail rules to make processing the incoming Court Notices in Jubilee even more efficient. Now you will be able to build custom rules to sift through the Court Notices to automatically assign mail to firm created folders and even add rules to declutter the calendar by ignoring certain dates (BNC Notices).
The mail rules can be established by clicking on the new “Manage Mail Rules” button on the main Notice Manager – Notice Feed page.

| Did you know?
Jubilee automatically maintains a claims register based on the proofs of claims filed in the case in CM/ECF? We compute running totals for Secured, Priority, and Unsecured amounts. Also, when amended claims are filed in the case we highlight the original claims in red text and automatically exclude the original claim amounts from the calculations to maintain accurate amounts and totals.
