LegalPRO maintains this policy to describe our practices regarding text messaging services that we provide through our software product, JubileePRO. LegalPRO provides services to its customers, bankruptcy law firms and bankruptcy petition preparation services (“Bankruptcy Provider”), which allow them to communicate with you by text message. By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive recurring informational text messages, subject to the following terms.

  1. You can cancel the texting service at any time by replying “STOP” or “END” or “OPTOUT”. You will receive a reply message only to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, you can reply “START”, “BEGIN”, or “OPTIN” or just sign up as you did the first time with your Bankruptcy Provider and they will start sending text messages to you again. 
  1. Bankruptcy Providers may only use the text messaging service provided through JubileePRO to communicate relevant information about the work or service their clients have contracted with them to provide.The service may not be used for marketing purposes. 
  1. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help by contacting your Bankruptcy Provider directly. 
  1. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 
  1. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
