There’s never been a time in recent history when the internet has been safe. Now, more than ever, you and your staff need to be vigilant about keeping your accounts (like your Jubilee account) safe and secure. Good password phrases that are long but can easily be remembered are the best. An example would be: ILoveJubileeRedCat1. Here I combined three unrelated items to form a phrase I can remember that is 19 characters long and easy to type quickly.
Another option we highly recommend is using two-factor authentication. In Jubilee, you can enable it for each user so that each attempt to log in to Jubilee from a different computer sends a text code to the user’s phone. The two options are “Once per computer” and “Every login”. We recommend at least doing the first option which will only require the 2FA about every couple of weeks.
